Crisp, creamy bubbles with green apple, elderflower and a hint of brioche.
Made from Macabeo, it's pale yellow-green with a fine, persistent mousse. Green apple, elderflower and creamy lemon zest on the nose, then a crisp, lively palate with citrus, fresh lemon thyme and a little brioche on a long, fresh finish.

Kev's take

0.0% means there's no alcohol in it at all. In the UK, anything at 0.5% or under counts as alcohol free, and we always show the exact figure.

Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and serve it chilled. Once opened, keep it in the fridge. Check the best before date on the bottle.
