Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Drinks need to be unopened, in a condition we can sell again, and in their original packaging. You'll need your order number.

We can't take back opened drinks just because you didn't like the taste. Alcohol-free is a journey of discovery, and not every stop is a winner. If you're not sure, pop into the taproom in Otley and try before you buy.

Change-of-mind returns are at your cost. Please tell us before you send anything back: returns that turn up without warning can't be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened. Gift cards can't be returned.

Something wrong with your order?

If a drink arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 2 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we'll cover the cost.

How to start a return

Email kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Returns go to our fulfilment centre:

Refunds

Once the return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email to let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few days more. If it's been more than 15 working days since we approved it, get in touch.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the one you want.

Outside the UK

If your order was delivered to the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, on the same unopened, original-packaging basis.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
