Light lemon with delicate, creamy bubbles, and aromas of green apple, lemon meringue and biscuit with a subtle floral lift. Fruity and refreshing, with a citrusy finish. It's a blend of Rivaner, Scheurebe, Silvaner and Riesling from Rheinhessen.

How it's made
The wine is aged in tank for at least nine months, which builds those brioche and biscuit notes, before being gently vacuum-distilled at low temperature to keep its delicate aromas.
