Bright, aromatic German fizz with delicate, creamy bubbles. An elegant aperitif made from Cabernet Blanc.
Light lemon in the glass, with gooseberry, pear, kiwi and lime on the nose and a soft, perfumed floral edge. It's fruity and pleasant on the palate, with a lively acidity and a long finish. The grapes grow on loess soils in Rheinhessen, warmed by sunny days and cooled by the Rhine at night.

About this drink
How it's made
Whole bunches are gently pressed and fermented with yeasts chosen to hold their aroma. The wine is then vacuum-distilled at low temperature, and Miris use patented aroma recovery to put the aromas back in afterwards.
