Citrus, green tea, minerality and apple on the nose. On the palate it's lively and refined, with lemongrass, Earl Green Sencha and orange peel, finishing long with Darjeeling and green apple. Clear in the glass with fine, delicate bubbles.

Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba blends white, green, oolong and black teas into sparkling drinks that sit happily alongside fine wine.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £85. Under that, it's a flat £5.95 for parcels up to 20kg. Highlands and Islands may cost more, and the final cost is calculated at checkout.
Orders ship in 2 to 3 working days (not weekends or bank holidays). Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class, 3 to 5 working days. Express is Royal Mail 1st Class, 1 to 2 working days. International orders go Royal Mail International Tracked.
