Bitter, bright and pink. The most aperitif-like shrub in the range, with a warming ginger kick.
Fresh pink grapefruit and root ginger are blitzed together, rounded off with a touch of honey, then combined with British sugars and vinegar. The grapefruit brings bitterness and brightness, the ginger adds warmth and length, and the honey softens the edges without making it sweet.
