Nightcap is complex and mellow: woody notes, bright spices and citrus herbs on the nose, then smooth maple, rich vanilla and hazelnut, with a warming, peppery finish. It's made with lemon balm, valerian and hops, plus ginger, turmeric and black pepper.

About Three Spirit
Three Spirit is made by bartenders, winemakers and plant scientists, working with UCL and the University of Surrey. They make a drink for the start, middle and end of the night. Proper universities. Lab coats. For a drink. My own research involved the sofa and saying "ooh". Nightcap is the end-of-the-night one. I can't promise it'll send you off like a baby, but it beats a fourth glass of red.

0.0% means there's no alcohol in it at all. In the UK, anything at 0.5% or under counts as alcohol free, and we always show the exact figure.
Storage
Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and serve it chilled. Once opened, keep it in the fridge. Check the best before date on the bottle.
Delivery and returns
Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £85. Under that, it's a flat £5.95 for parcels up to 20kg. Highlands and Islands may cost more, and the final cost is calculated at checkout.
Orders ship in 2 to 3 working days (not weekends or bank holidays). Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class, 3 to 5 working days. Express is Royal Mail 1st Class, 1 to 2 working days. International orders go Royal Mail International Tracked.
