Subtly sweet and layered, for the open-minded pink gin drinker. Wild berries, kelp and pine.
Inspired by the Nordic lands where the sun never quite sets, Midnight Sun blends hand-picked sea buckthorn berries and elderberries with kelp and pine. Some of the botanicals, like kelp and alexanders, are foraged locally near the distillery in Salcombe.
