A vivid, aromatic still white from Germany's Palatinate. Green herbs, sea breeze and elderflower.
Light lemon, with fresh citrus, flowers, green herbs and a salty sea-breeze note on the nose. On the palate you get elderflower, lemon and gooseberry, with lively acidity balanced by a gentle off-dry sweetness, and a long, mineral finish. It's a blend of Riesling, Muscat, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

How it's made
Grapes are hand-selected, pressed whole and fermented cool in steel tanks. The wine is dealcoholised by gentle vacuum distillation, with patented aroma recovery to put the aromas back in.
