A rich, fruity Cabernet Sauvignon for proper dinners. Ripe berries, blackcurrant and a lick of vanilla.
Deep ruby, with red berries, leather, vanilla and a forest-floor earthiness on the nose. The palate is fruity with blackcurrant and dark plum, balanced by freshness and silky tannins, and a lingering berry finish. The grapes grow by Hungary's Lake Balaton on volcanic soils, and the wine is made in Germany.

About this drink
How it's made
Hand-picked grapes are cold macerated for colour and aroma, then fermented in steel. Half the wine spends at least a year in big oak barrels for complexity. It's aged for nine months more before being gently vacuum-distilled at low temperature.
